Cricket for youngsters at Towcestrians

All Stars Cricket is returning to Towcestrians Cricket Club in just a few weeks – in fact we start on Thursday 7 June, at 5pm at the Towcestrians Sports Ground.

Exciting news if you haven’t heard already – this summer we’re delivering All Stars Cricket at Towcestrians again! Here is a promotional video of what you can expect to see at the club this year.

All Stars Cricket is a national programme from the ECB which will bring cricket to a new audience of 5 – 8 year olds. It’s a fun, skill-based programme delivered by our trained Activator, Daniel (Dan) Bowmer.

All Stars Cricket Starts on the Thursday 7 June and runs from 5pm, for eight weeks. It costs £40 which includes a backpack, personalised t-shirt, bat and ball, video messages from England players and the opportunity to get involved in ‘money can’t buy experiences’

We know that 50% of parents bringing their child to All Stars Cricket sessions are keen to get involved which will help us to grow the club by attracting new volunteers and new members, but we need to spread the word in the local area – and that’s why we’re asking for your help.

If you know anyone with children aged between 5 and 8, or anyone who is part of any local groups/organisations, please pass on this email and poster; additionally, please tell your friends through social media or simply word of mouth!

Thanks again for your help. We’re looking forward to seeing plenty of exciting 5-8-year olds at the club this summer!

For older children the Towcestrians also runs Kwik cricket (U8 and U9) plus we run cricket for U11, U13 and U 15 age groups. These start in just two weeks, with Kwik cricket starting on Friday 11 May, at 6pm, again at The Towcestrians. To sign up for this please go to: https://www.towcestrians.co.uk/

Or alternatively, just turn up on Friday 11 May just before 6pm. These sessions are for 8, 9 and 10 year-olds initially…..
