Whether it’s a function with full catering you require, or just a small informal meeting, we can help. Our in-house facilities will undoubtedly provide you with all you need, however we can also connect you with a selection of preferred partners and suppliers, with whom we have agreed special discounts.

The Facilities

Our beautiful new clubhouse is set in 20 acres of peaceful grounds with extensive views over lush, green playing fields. The site is also surrounded by mature trees, so affords some welcome privacy. We are located just half a mile from the junction of the A5 and A43, and 1 mile from Towcester Town Centre, so are easily accessible for visitors travelling from further afield.

Our spacious facilities include:

  • 230 sqm main function room with a capacity for 250 delegates
  • Members lounge and meeting room, with private bar seating up to 30. 2 48″ HD TVs (PC compatible).
  • Disabled access
  • Fully opening glass doors that extend along the entire length of the main room giving access to the outside patio and grassed areas
  • Comfortable sofa lounge that can seat 10
  • Fully equipped and stocked bar, staffed
  • New toilet block including disabled and nappy changing facilities accessed from either a separate side entrance or directly from the main area
  • Fully equipped, newly upgraded kitchen with the capacity to cater for 250 three course meals; with hatch access to the main function room
  • Outside covered and equipped BBQ space (ideal for hog roasts!) leading off from the main area, with a food prep zone that includes a sink and lighting. This then leads out to a patio and grassed area with picnic tables
  • Grassed area suitable for any size marquee
  • Car parking for over 300 cars

Our technical facilities include:

  • 9 Speaker surround sound audio system with mic and amp
  • 60″ HD TV with laptop connection in the main area
  • Sky and BT Sports available throughout the club
  • 3 further 48″ HD TV’s and 1 38″ HD TV all laptop compatible
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Full mood and disco lighting
  • Thermostatically controlled central heating
  • 14 power sockets in main function room

Catering at Towcestrians

At Towcestrians, we can offer you a wide range of catering options for your event. That includes anything from simple finger buffets to multi-course sit down silver service, BBQs, hog roasts, carveries, and delicious tea and cakes. We work with highly acclaimed catering partners, so whatever your culinary requirements are we will be able to provide a solution to meet both your needs and your budget.

To enhance your special event we work with a number of local partners, many of whom have connections directly to the club. These partners can offer the following options to complete your day at very competitive prices:
