To confirm your booking a non-refundable deposit of £300 is required to secure your date.

Civil Ceremonies

We’re delighted to be able to offer Civil Ceremonies inside or out. Thanks to our amazing folding doors, we can also enable guests to sit outside in the sunshine, whilst you and the registrar are just inside the building. Alternatively, you also have the option of a marquee…

Please note, it’s best to check availability before booking the registrar. The registrar fee is separate and paid direct to the registrar.

Our Fee for Civil Ceremonies: £550.

Wedding Breakfast Menu Options

Option A: 3 course sit down meal, coffee/tea & chocolate mints. £31.50 per head (see menu choices).

Option B: 4 course sit down meal, which includes a 3 course sit down meal with the addition of a
cheese & biscuits station. £34.50 per head.

Prices include; White table cloths, napkin colour of your choice, silver table number stands.

Other food options if you prefer a less formal style reception

Option C: Hot & Cold Buffet – £22.50 per person

• A Selection of cold meats; ham, beef, turkey or pork
• Hot new potatoes
• Selection of salads; dressed mixed salad, coleslaw, pasta salad, rice salad, beef tomato,
  red onion & basil salad

Option D: Hog roast  – £22.50 per person (Minimum 100 guests)

Including:

• Crispy crackling
• Stuffing

Option E: BBQ – £25.00 per person

• Quarter pounder beef burger, pork & apple sausages, marinated chicken breasts,
  sticky pork belly slices, fillet of salmon with a herb crust

Arrival Drinks – £4.00 per person

• Fizz with frozen berries
• Pimms Cocktail
• Bucks Fizz – Fizz with fresh orange juice
• Elderflower Fizz – Prosecco with elderflower cordial

Other drinks – £5 per person

• Chambord Cocktail – Fizz, Chambord, and frozen raspberries
• Aperol Cocktail – Fizz, Aperol, and a slice of orange
• Kir Royale – Fizz, Kir Royale, and frozen berries

Package 1 – £7 per person

Any £4 arrival drinks & a glass of fizz to toast the Bride & Groom

Package 2 – £10 per person

Any arrival drink, 1 glass house white, red or rosé wine, and 1 glass fizz to toast the Bride & Groom.

Package 3 – £15 per person

Any arrival drink, ½ bottle house white, red or rosé wine, and 1 glass fizz to toast the Bride & Groom.

Chair Covers & coloured sash £3 per head.

Drapes – The side walls & area between the large doors can be draped with
ivory lining to give the effect of a marquee. 550.00
