New Arrivals at the Bar

At Tows we are constantly keeping up with trends when it comes to drinks from the bar.

Following our great bar refurb this year we are always on the lookout for new drinks trends to give you a great experience. So if you haven’t checked us out recently and with the new Rugby and hockey season right around the corner, here are some new items to add to the already fantastically stocked bar which has a Gin Bar with 12 gins which will constantly be changing throughout the year.

For instance, the locally brewed (Potterspury!) Safine Drenc from the Wharf Distillery READ MORE, South Northamptonshire’s only distillery, made with a background of lemongrass, elderflower and heather!

Another new addition is the drink so popular when abroad, Aperol. Called an Aperol Spritz, this refreshing drink reminds you of those hot holiday s abroad, or here!!!

Made with a glassful of ice, equal measures of Aperol and prosecco and a dash of soda! Add a shot of gin for that perfect cocktail!

And from the pumps, why not try Carling’s Black Fruits made from blackcurrants, blackberries and blueberries, with an ABV of only 4% it makes a refreshing change.

Or try Blue Moon, Americans number 1 selling craft beer, a Belgian-style white beer, with a hint of orange, and yes, it is meant to be cloudy, but be careful this 5.4 % ABV beer is best in moderation.

Once again Tows will be serving throughout the year a mix of guest ales including many from Towcester Mill Brewery, so there is something for everyone at the Tows bar!
