As the club develop we are increasing in need of an event coordinator and onsite house steward for a number of hours per week. This exciting new role will be part time and would suit someone looking for flexible hours, 10-4.00pm Monday to Friday.
This varied role will encompass event bookings and coordinating with individuals and organisations utilising the club, ensuring the clubhouse is functioning well and that our suppliers are doing their jobs correctly, liaising with the other members of staff with regards to supplies, maintenance and event invoicing.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated has great people skills and able to connect with all the aspects of the various sections and committees etc.
There if a very competitive pay rate with a commission bonus scheme for functions and event bookings as we want to maximise the commercial use of the club when not in use for our sports.
