Hockey

The hockey section’s summer kicked off with Sue Willers, Mel Linnell and Issy McMillan representing England in the Home Nations over 50 & 60s age groups, helping their country win gold. A great achievement for our Towcester ladies and the whole England team!

The Summer League soon followed, fantastically organised by our own Laura Whittle. Towcester had 3 teams in the league, helping us to bring back the winners trophy for the second year in a row! So a huge congratulations and thank you to all who played in the Summer League, showing your commitment and enthusiasm for hockey every week!

Please make sure to check our Website and Facebook page for all updates.

Tennis

This summer we have run a very successful tennis camp for our junior players. Inspiring some new children to join our ever expanding programme.

This September we are starting the new adult and junior coaching programmes, so if you are interested in coming along for a free trial session.

Senior Rugby

Tows league campaign got under way last week with an entertaining 34 – 34 draw against Market Harborough. This week they have their first home game against Melbourne. Why not come and support them. Better still why not come to the first VP lunch of the season! They are open for all to attend. A terrific 3 course meal and great banter for just £20.
However, you need to book today, no roll ups!
