Rugby

The first clean sweep of the season for the senior sides, all teams winning well!

The First XV got a way to a flyer but were unable to sustain their superiority and were ultimately disappointed not to secure a try bonus point but there were some good individual performances on dhow notable from James Hales who scored on his league debut and also got involved all-round the park! Hockey

The first team travelled to Cannock on Saturday for their league fixture and felt they should have won the game but came away with their 3 draw of the season.

They then played again on Sunday away at old rivals Kettering who often get the better of the local derbies. This was the first round of the National Trophy and Tows ultimately triumphed thanks to another great finish by Jo Griffiths.

Tennis

The tennis section has started its winter season with all teams doing well. The new coaches have started team training sessions which have been well attended. A taster Cardio tennis session was held, which once again was well attended, more are planned and will be open to all members, dates will be arranged and sent out. Sint Maarten
