As has been reported on some other platforms, there is a lot going on with the new development of the club facilities. Work has begun on the new entrance to the ground, which will initially be used as a haul road to service the infill of the new ground in preparation of our new playing surfaces for rugby, cricket, hockey, tennis and netball. Work began on Monday 13th May, firstly, a new permanent entrance will be put in by one of our sponsors, Lydon’s Construction. Here is what they have done so far!
A new service haul road will be put in, then Chesil Beach will be ripped up, levelled, drained and a fantastic new surface laid down. This work is being done courtesy of Graham Churchill another of our fantastic sponsors!
This is just the start of a £1.3m groundworks scheme, already funded by Tows through our brilliant sponsors and supporters.
We will also know by mid-summer whether our recent funding bids have been successful to enable us to start work on the astro pitch and other major capital parts of the project. We still have a huge amount to do and money to raise, so if you know anyone who may be interested, please contact Cliff Davidson cliff@cedas.co.uk

These plans are on display in the clubhouse for closer inspection!
We have at the moment, as a result of some great work from Seb Hodge, Sebs Arboricultural Services some wood chippings you may like to have FOC. There are also tree trunks and limbs there, but these may only be taken or chopped using the proper equipment. Towcestrians are not responsible for any damage to yourselves or property.
There will be, in the coming days, safety barriers erected where construction work is taking place. Please take notice of the signs.
