Sports Round Up (Rugby)

Following Towcestrians 1st XV demolition of Grove RUFC last weekend away from home and scoring 8 unanswered tries it sets up perfectly, this weeks must win fixture against second place Salisbury one of only 2 sides to have beaten us all season.

A source, close to Tows director of Rugby, Robbie George, said “Victory would see us made a big statement and put us within touching distance of achieving our 3 year quest of being promoted to National League 3!”

So this weekend 9th Jan, we desperately want our 16th player! Your support would be a fantastic boost to the whole team, coaching and support staff!

Kick-off is at 2.15, so please get there early as we are expecting a lot of travelling support and the car park will be getting crowded.
